Joe Pokay
General Ranch Manager
Joe Pokay serves as general ranch manager, providing oversight to the management and operations of Noble ranches and livestock facilities encompassing 14,000 acres across seven ranches.
Before coming to Noble Research Institute in 2021, Pokay served as a unit manager in the Deseret Ranch system in Cedar Vale, Kansas. He has been full time in production agriculture with family ranches and corporate ranches since graduating from college in 2007.
