Steve Swaffar

Steve Swaffar serves as an agriculture consultant in the producer relations program. He works with producers to understand and improve their soils and grazing operations. Steve joined Noble in December of 2021 after serving as executive director of the non-profit No-till on the Plains. Prior to that Steve was the Natural Resources and State Governmental Relations Director for the Kansas Farm Bureau.

Steve grew up working on his grandparents’ wheat and cattle farm in Grant and Garfield counties in northern Oklahoma.
