    • Shinden-zukuri and Shoin-zukuri

      Generally, Japanese style is considered to be a tatami room.
      This is based on Shoin-zukuri.
      Shinden-zukuri is the origin of Shoin-zukuri.
      Shinden-zukuri is not suitable for housing.

      This release adds a cart counter and fixes some issues that were introduced with the Sunbreak expansion.

    • WHAT DID I BITE OFF...

      Oh wow did I take on alot of projects recently... let me use this "Article" to both organize my own thoughts and plan things out and to allow you the reader a sense of what I'm doing next as far as modding and life.

      I get Burnt out easily.  Between Dealing with the insane BBCODE Bull Shitake here on nexus and CK crashing every 15 minutes I get burnt real quick.
      I like to switch up what I'm working on so I don't get burnt out.
      I'm an MMO Addict WOW particularly.  So I gave up all video games except 1.... SKYRIM!  It's the only game I play, it helps me control my addiction because I get bored and actually put the controller down.  Point is this is both a blessing and a curse for you the user of my mods. Why?

    • Better Wooden and Iron Spikes

      This mod is for Alpha 20 (latest alpha build as of June 30th, 2022

      This mod upgrades the wooden spike traps and the iron spike traps to do slightly more damage, and have greater hitpoints, allowing them to last a lot longer.

       - Wooden spike traps damage raised from 33 points to 50 points (the damage it does to players and zombies when walking over them)
       - Wooden spike traps hitpoints raised from 33 points to 500 points (the hitpoints per stage of degradation)

       - Iron spike traps damage raised from 33 points to 75 points
       - Iron spike traps hitpoints raised from 33 points to 2500 points

      Why aren't the graphics so ugly?
       
      A few people have asked me this, and to avoid posting a big answer, I created this article. Really, 64x64 and 256x256 textures should make the game look like something between the Nintendo 64 and Playstation 2. But the end result was a game with slightly altered quality, and in some places, it's barely noticeable.

      In-game textures are not just an image for a three-dimensional object. The game engine uses (mostly) at least 3 image/texture files, the first being the image/texture called diffuse, and others, which are images that produce shader effects, such as normalmap specmap, etc...
