Shawn Norton

Norton manages the Ag Services and Resources Core, Small Plot Core, and the Field Plot Operations.

Before coming to the Noble Research Institute in 2001, Norton was a research assistant at RiceTec Inc. He was responsible for overseeing seed purity in rice seed breeding increases. He was also involved in field-scale rice seed breeding operations.

Norton grew up on a family farm in the rural southwest Oklahoma community of Mangum.
